The problem
A multi-location business generating more than $10 million in online sales lacked reliable visibility into how its digital marketing efforts were contributing to leads, bookings, and purchases.
Conversion tracking across key advertising and analytics platforms was incomplete, making it difficult to connect marketing activity with actual business results. The company also lacked centralized reporting for comparing performance across locations, understanding customer purchase paths, and identifying which channels were driving revenue.
The solution
We implemented a comprehensive conversion tracking and marketing analytics framework across the company’s digital ecosystem.
This included configuring Google Analytics 4 (GA4) conversions, Google Ads conversion tracking, and Meta conversion tracking to capture important customer actions and improve attribution across paid and organic marketing channels.
We then built automated Looker Studio dashboards that brought marketing, conversion, and sales data into a centralized reporting environment.
The dashboards provided visibility into:
- Online sales and conversions by location
- Marketing channel performance
- Leads, bookings, and purchases
- Customer purchase and conversion paths
- Google Ads and Meta advertising performance
- Overall ecommerce and marketing performance

The results
The business went from having virtually no actionable conversion insights to a centralized view of marketing and sales performance.
Leadership and marketing teams could now see how customers moved from marketing touchpoints to conversion, compare sales performance across individual locations, and better understand which channels and campaigns were contributing to business results.
For a company generating more than $10 million in online sales, the new tracking and reporting infrastructure provided the data foundation needed to make more informed marketing decisions, evaluate advertising performance, and identify opportunities to improve conversion and revenue performance.
